How does Workplace Training work?
Workplace Training is an e-learning system that allows users purchase the training courses that are relevant to them, their organisation or their career.
For Employers, your master account allows you to enrol as many Employees as you please. You can opt to ‘pay as you go’ or contact us directly for an Annual Subscription quote.
For Individuals, you create your own online learning platform and ‘pay as you go’ for any course you feel will develop your skills and increase your career opportunities.
Reminders are generated to help make sure all active courses are completed before their expiry!
Straightforward Process
Course Purchase
All courses are available on a ‘pay as you go’ basis and can be purchased directly via our website. Alternatively, to discuss an Annual Subscription quote, please contact the Workplace Training team directly at info@workplacetraining.ie.
1. Who are these courses of benefit to?
Our courses are designed for both employers who wish to invest in their employees to develop their skills and knowledge, and individuals looking to invest in their careers. The courses offer both general advice and skills to all employees and others, specific to certain roles and sectors adding customised knowledge and skills to an employee’s CV.
2. My employer has set up a Workplace Training account for me, what does this mean?
In short, this means your employer is investing in you and wants to expand your skills and knowledge base. You will have received an email with your login details, once you have been enrolled in a course you will have 30 days to complete it.
3. What are the benefits of taking an online course?
Not only are you able to pick the courses relevant to you or your employees, but our courses can also be completed from anywhere at anytime. The modules are digestible, practical, and direct in the advice they give, and all training is prepared and delivered by industry professionals. Additionally, training is recorded so career progression can be tracked.
4. What Workplace Training account option suits me best?
Employers – The Employer Account option allows the user to purchase courses on Workplace Training and once employees* are added, the user can enrol their employees in their chosen courses.
*If your employer sets you up with a Workplace Training account, you will receive and be able to complete courses which are assigned to you.
Individuals – The Individual Account option is for those who wish to purchase and complete courses on Workplace Training on a ‘pay as you go’ basis for their own learning journey.
5. What makes our courses different?
We partner with leading industry voices who understand the knowledge, skills and information employers, managers and all employees need to have in order to be successful. The courses are delivered using relatable and logical language and examples. Additionally, majority of courses are supported with reference material and supports that the learner can download and reinforce their learnings.
Our cornerstone courses are created in an interactive format requiring the trainees input regularly throughout the course. All our courses are broken into sections bringing you short sharp learnings in modules that are minutes in length. Our courses fit into busy schedules meaning a learner can pick up where they previously left off using multiple devices if needs be.
6. Will I receive a certificate on completion of a course?
Majority of our courses provide downloadable certificates on successful completion of the course. This can be kept as a benchmark of personal and professional development. Make sure to download this certificate for your records.
7. What are the payment options?
The employer and individual account options allow users to pay as they go. You can select whatever course you want as you need them, pay at the check out and continue with your learning experience. If you have a coupon code, please use this option at the checkout.

8. What if I do not see a course I'm interested in?
Workplace Training offers a wide range of courses to suit the needs of businesses across all sectors. We are always looking to expand and develop more courses so we can continue to bring you and your employees the support and specialised training they need. If you have any requests or ideas for training that would complement offering please do not hesitate to suggest this to us by emailing info@workplacetraining.ie and we would be delighted to consider your request.
9. Is there a refund policy?
When purchasing a course, you must pay special attention to the expiry date as you will have a limited number of days from purchase, to either complete a course yourself if you are logged in under an Individual Account, or assign the course to your employees if you are logged in under an Employer Account. You will receive reminders by email reminding you how many days you have left before your course expires. Once your course has expired, you will no longer have access to it and cannot be refunded.
